Dorothy was my grandmother and a keen cook. This site is a tribute to her.
As well as feeding our family a wide range of delicious home made food and treats. She taught our family and a wide range of her pupils how to cook.
She has influenced a lot of people and I hope she will influence you
I live in France and I am at an international catering college. I find these recipes really interesting.
