ANZAC BISCUITS
Ingredients
100g self raising flour
75g coconut
150g granulated sugar
75g rolled oats
100g margarine
1 tablespoon golden syrup
Method
Place flour, coconut, sugar & oats into a bowl.
Gently melt together margarine & syrup.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place walnut size pieces on baking sheets & bake on Gas mark 4/350F/180C for 15 minutes.
