APPLE, SULTANA AND CINNAMON LOAF CAKE(Makes 2 in small loaf tin)

Ingredients

  • 250g self raising flour
  • 150gsugar
  • 125g margarine
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large sliced apples
  • 100gSultanas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

      • Method
      Rub together the flour, butter and sugar until you get crumbs.
      Add the cinnamon, sultanas apple and egg. Mix together.
      Divide into 2 tins
      Bake at 150C for 50 mins
