APPLE, SULTANA & CINNAMON LOAF CAKE

Ingredients
10oz self raising flour
6oz sugar
5oz margarine
2 large eggs
Sliced apple
Sultanas
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Makes 2 in small loaf tin.
Rub together the flour, butter and sugar until you get bread crumbs

Add the egg, sultanas and apple. mix together.

divide into 2 tins

Bake at Gas Mark 2/300F/150C for 50 mins.
