Apple, Sultana And Cinnamon Loaf Cake Recipe
APPLE, SULTANA AND CINNAMON LOAF CAKE (Makes 2 in small loaf tin)
This is a much loved family recipe. When ever I make it, in a day or two it disapears.
Ingredients
250g self raising flour
150gsugar
125g margarine
2 large eggs
2 large sliced apples
100g Sultanas
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
Rub together the flour, butter and sugar until you get crumbs.
Add the cinnamon, sultanas apple and egg. Mix together.
Divide into 2 tins
Bake at 150C for 50 mins
This does not work, I am a good baker and I have made many cakes with fruit and apples this does not work.

I made this and my friends loved it….takes a bit longer in the oven than the recipe says tho. Mine was in the oven for about an hour and a half!
