Brown Sugar Meringues
4 egg whites
100g light muscadavo suar
100g caster sugar
300g double cream
Method
Preheat the oven to 130º /250º /gas mark 1/2. Line baking trays with greeseproof paper.
Place th egg whites in a large bowl and whisk untill stiff. Add sugar 1tsp at a time whisking well after each addition untill the sugar has been used up.
Shape into ovals using a desert spoon. Bake in a preheated oven for 1-1/2. Turn oven off leave door ajar and leave the merigues till cold.
To serve whip the double cream and sandwich 2 Meringues together
