Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 50g caster sugar
• 50g plain flour

Method
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4/350F/18OC
Sieve the flour.
Whisk eggs and sugar until a trail will stay.
Fold in the flour.
Bake in an 8 inch round flan tin (greased and lined ) for 20mins.
