CHEESE SPINS

Ingredients
Filling:
100g finely grated cheese
2 teaspoons yeast extract
100g butter or margarine

Dough:
500g self raising flour
100g block margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
100g finely grated cheese
250ml milk

Method
Dough: Rub together flour, margarine, salt, mustard & cheese. Add milk and make into a dough. Divide into 2 and roll each until about 14” X 9”.
Filling: Cream all ingredients together.
Add ½ filling to each piece of rolled out dough. Roll up like swiss roll and cut into 1” slices.
Bake on Gas Mark 7/425F/220C for 20 minutes on centre shelf.
