CHEESE STRAWS
Ingredients
100g plain flour
pinch salt
ΒΌ teaspoon dry mustard
50g margarine
50g grated cheese
egg yolk
Method
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add cheese.
Bind with egg.
Roll pastry thinly.
Cut into strips and circles.
Bake on Gas Mark 6/400F/200C for 5-8 minutes.
