CHOCOLATE CAKE (Unbaked)

Ingredients
1lb cake crumbs
2oz ground almonds
1oz halved glace cherries
2oz melted chocolate
3 tablespoons pineapple jam hot
1 tablespoon brandy
1oz chopped walnuts

Method
Mix all the ingredients together.
Press into 6 inch loose bottom tin.
Chill well.
Decorate with whirls of chocolate meringue, cherries or glace fruit (sides need covering).
