CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
8oz self raising flour
6oz sugar
4oz margarine
100g chopped chocolate (or chocolate & nuts mixed)
1 egg
Method
Rub margarine into flour.
Add sugar.
Bind with egg.
Make into small biscuits.
Alternatively make a roll, chill & slice thinly.
Cook for 10/15 minutes on Gas Mark 3/325F/160C (take care - can burn easily).
