CHOUX PASTE

Ingredients
Scant 3oz plain flour
2oz butter
2 standard eggs
¼ pint milk

Method
Melt butter & add water.
Add flour & beat.
Cook until glossy & thick.
Cool.
Beat in eggs.
Allow to get cold.
Pipe.
