Choux Paste /Ppastry Recipe
choux paste
Ingredients
75g/3oz plain flour
50g/2oz butter
2 eggs
125ml/ 1/4 pint milk
Method
Melt the butter and the add water bring to a boil.
Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula and take it off the heat
Slowly mix in the eggs one by one. Let the mixture cool.
