CHOUX PASTRY

Ingredients
50g butter or margarine
150ml water
80g strong or plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Method
Melt butter & water together.
Add flour & salt and mix together until mixture leaves sides of pan.
Add 2 beaten eggs.
Use as required.
