COCONUT SHORTBREAD

Ingredients
- 50g flour
- 50g coconut
- 50g sugar
- 50g melted butter
Method
Preheat the oven to 160c
Mix together the flour, coconut and sugar.
Pour in the melted butter.
Press in to a tin
Bake until lightly golden .
Coat with chocolate while still hot.
