COURGETTE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients
8oz peeled courgettes
6oz chocolate
2oz walnuts
2 eggs
6fl oz oil
7oz self raising flour
4oz castor sugar

Method
Peel & grate courgettes.
Melt chocolate.
Chop walnuts.
Whisk eggs & oil.
Add flour & sugar to eggs.
Then add chocolate & walnuts.
Stir in courgettes.
Bake in 8 inch tin for 1 1/4 hours on Gas Mark 4/350F/180C.
