CURRY PUFFS

Ingredients
100g rough puff pastry or
200g frozen puff pastry
150ml curry flavoured thick white sauce
100g can flaked tuna

Method
Cut pastry into 4cm round – very thin.
Put little of filling on one & cover with another, seal edges.
Glaze.
Bake on Gas mark 7/425F/220C for 10-15 minutes.
