DANISH LACE BISCUITS
this is a very easy recipe for people who dont have much time on the their hands. It is also gluten free.
Ingredients
8oz/200g  butter

5oz/125g caster  sugar

2oz/50g  rolled oats 

3oz/ground almonds

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Method
Cream together the butter & sugar.
Add other ingredients to form dough.
Divide into walnut sized pieces on a baking tray.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 180c - Middle Shelf.
