DANISH LACE BISCUITS
Ingredients
8oz/200gLurpak butter
5oz/125g granulated sugar
5oz/125g rolled oats
pinch salt
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Method
Cream butter & sugar.
Add other ingredients to form dough.
Divide into walnut sized pieces on a baking tray.
Bake for approximately 5 minutes on gas mark 6/400F(200C) - Middle Shelf.
N.B. Very nice but delicate to make.
