Danish Lace Biscuits Recipe

DANISH LACE BISCUITS
This is a very easy recipe for people who dont have much time on the their hands. It is also gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 75g ground almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Method
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add other ingredients to form dough.
Divide into walnut sized pieces on a baking tray.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 180c - Middle Shelf.
