Ingredients
300g self raising flour
100g caster sugar
100g margarine
1 egg
Filling:
Jam or butter cream
Topping:
Melted chocolate or glace icing
Method
Light oven gas mark 3/325F/150C grease 3 baking sheets.
Cream fat & sugar.
Add egg.
Mix in flour to make a firm dough.
This may be difficult but only add a little milk if there is no alternative.
Roll out fairly thinly about 0.5cm.
Cut with medium round cutter & put onto baking sheets.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Sandwich together.
Ice & decorate.
