FIGGY SLY
Ingredients
100g dried figs
250g mixed dried fruits
100g walnuts
500g crumbled biscuits
100g soft brown sugar
400g shortcrust pastry
Method
Mix together figs, fruit, walnuts, biscuits & sugar.
Use two thirds of the pastry to line a 2 inch deep roasting tin.
Pack in the filling.
Make lid, wet edges & seal.
Bake on Gas Mark 6/400F/200C for 20-30 minutes.
Cut into narrow slices.
