FIVE CUP LOAF
Ingredients
1 cup All Bran
1 cup mixed dried fruit
1 cup milk
¾ cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup self raising flour
Method
Mix All Bran, fruit, milk & sugar together.
Add flour.
Put into 1lb loaf tin and bake on Gas Mark 5/375F/190C for ½ hour or Gas Mark 3/325F/160C for ¾ hour.
