6oz/150g rolled oats
4oz/100g sugar
4oz/100g margarine
Method
Preheat the oven to aboutGas Mark 3/325F/150C. Prepare dry ingredients.
Melt butter & sugar over low heat.
When slightly cool add to dry ingredients.
Bake in a 16cm fluted flan ring for 15-20minutes on the middle shelf.
