FLAPJACK

Ingredients
5oz hard margarine
2 tablespoons demerara sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
8oz porridge oats

Method
Melt together margarine, sugar & syrup.
Add porridge oats.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes Gas mark 3/325F/150C.
Mark while warm.
Cut when cold.
