GYPSY TART

Ingredients
Pastry case baked blind
10oz muscavado sugar
Can evaporated milk

Method
Beat sugar & milk together until thick & creamy.
Pour into prepared flan.
Bake for 10 minutes on Gas mark 4/350F/180C in a moderate oven.
