LEMON TART
Ingredients
Baked blind a 10 inch flan (do not overbake)
50g butter
100g sugar
3 eggs or yolks
3 lemons rind & juice
100g breadcrumbs ?
Method
Heat butter, sugar, eggs & lemon over hot water until it forms a thick custard.
Mix crumbs into custard.
Put mixture into flan and bake on Gas Mark 3/325F/160C for 20 minutes.
