MOCHA FINGERS
Ingredients
8oz sweet plain biscuits
3oz butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
2 teaspoons cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
6oz icing sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A few drops of coffee essence
Method
Crush the biscuits.
Melt together the butter, syrup, sugar, cocoa and coffee granules & mix with the crushed biscuits and press into a 7inch square tin.
Make glace icing out of icing sugar and lemon juice and ice top.
Add coffee essence to a little icing and swirl coffee icing over top to decorate.
Leave to set then cut into fingers.
