Ingredients
4oz porridge oats
pinch of salt
¾oz butter
pinch of bicarbonate of soda
3fl oz hot water
Method
Dissolve butter, salt & soda in hot water.
Pour over oats and mix quickly.
Mould then roll fairly thinly.
Cut with teacup.
Griddle 5 minutes each side.
