Pancake Recipe
This is my Dads recipe for making french style pancakes (crepes). They are delicious with demerara sugar and lemon juice.
250g flour
300ml milk
Blend the flour and water together untill a thinish gloopy batter forms.
Pour a little oil into a frying pan. Add a ladle of the batter in to the hot oil and tilt the pan so the mix covers the base of the pan completely.
You will know when it is done because the pancake not have whitish spots and when you shake the pan the pancake will be loose. Flip the pancake over and cook for roughly a minute until brown spots appear on the underside.
