RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE

Ingredients
500g rhubarb cut into pieces
2 eggs
1 tin milk
50g flour
300g sugar
1 tablespoon butter

Method
Beat together eggs, milk, flour, sugar & butter.
Line 9 inch flat pie plate.
Place rhubarb on plate.
Pour mixture over top of rhubarb.
Bake in oven Gas mark 6/400F/200C for 20 minutes.
