SAVOURY SAUSAGE FLAN

Ingredients
4oz shortcrust pastry

Filling:
½ lb sausage meat
Small onion
Garnish – tomato, egg wash, parsley
1 egg
Potatoes

Method
Reconstitute potato.
Sauté onion until soft.
Cook sausage until soft & mix with potato.
Fill flan.
Egg wash & garnish with tomato.
Cook on Gas Mark 7/425C/220C for 25 minutes.
