Ingredients
4oz margarine
1oz caster sugar or icing sugar
vanilla essence
4oz plain flour
jam
paper cases
Method
Cream together margarine & sugar.
Add flour & vanilla essence.
Pipe into paper cases by starting at centre and working outwards.
Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 4 /350F/180C for 20 mins.
When cool dust with icing sugar.
Finally top with jam.
